I cannot reproduce the crash, though to run the test I think you have to run it explicitly, since it's skipped:

env -i xvfb-run ./Tools/Scripts/run-webkit-tests  --gtk --debug fast/multicol/span/double-merge-anonymous-block-crash.html

This was specifically crashing on the debug build, by the way.
