To reproduce:

1. Go to http://channel9.msdn.com/shows/Going+Deep/Arun-Kishan-Farewell-to-the-Windows-Kernel-Dispatcher-Lock/
2. Click on the video to start it loading

Safari pegs the CPU and becomes completely unusable. This happens both with Safari 5.0.3 and ToT.
