cannot reproduce ASSERT_NOT_REACHED()

Hmmmm... I cannot reproduce this in my environment.
(Windows 7 traditional chinese version, Chromium built in debug mode)
I've tried to change the font-family in the html.
Still cannot reproduce it.

I am tring to reproduce it in a pure English environment.
Any suggestions? Please let me know.
