When trying to upload the patch in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=54853 using webkit-patch, the moved files (TextControlInnerElements.cpp/.h) were not included in the patch - see the first 2 attachments in that bug entry.

I had to create a diff (using git diff) and upload it manually (the horror!).
