The linked page uses CSS counters to make a pseudo-footnote system, but the counter is never incremented (it should be incremented by every `.term-list li a`). The page also has a layout bug where CSS generated content numbering for the "references" section doesn't show up when the page is reloaded, which I will file as a separate bug.
