To reproduce:

1. Go to http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748704900004576152254129083120.html

The article never finishes loading. The Inspector's Timeline panel shows a number of resources that haven't received a response (some from fbcdn.net, some from facebook.com, some from imrworldwide.com, etc.).

The bug does not occur on Mac, or in WebKit1.
