look at the result generated in chromium-mac build bot:
LayoutTests/platform/chromium-mac/fast/text/international/pop-up-button-text-alignment-and-direction-expected.png

Looks like the button text is *not* rendered using its <option>'s directionality.
The same test seems working Ok in chromium in snow leopard.

Need further investigate.
