This started to fail right after SVN revision 77917, which in theory looks a pretty unrelated issue:

Skipping for now (as it looks unrelated to 77917 it doesn't make sense to me to roll it out), as it's both causing redness in the bot and delaying the continuous testing process because it systematically introduces a failure because of timing out in every build.
