This is not a WebKit issue. On a Mac OS X system, the image won't open in any application that uses the same graphics library that WebKit does.

I've copied this report to Apple internal bug tracker for engineers working on this library to investigate. This is now tracked internally as <rdar://problem/10616882>.

I'm closing this report as INVALID since it's not a WebKit issue. Thank you very much for reporting this bug!
