Test case

The test (see either URL or attached file) is supposed to be rendered as four boxes below each other,each containing a blue circle, having a purple background and a green border. 

What I see in MiniBrowser is eight boxes below each other, the first four with a green border and black background, the last four with the blue circle and purple background. 
Also, the view is scaled down very much. The test contains an empty viewport meta tag.
