Those are the right places to discuss what the specs should say, but that's not my purpose here. I'm just trying to understand the patcher's intentions and his reasoning. In comment #45 he indicated he wanted to stop showing @title. In comment #47 he asks "Should we be using the title attribute as an alternative to no alt attribute specified?" The patch as it stands adds a test case for using @title, but then he says "This 1st submittal is just to get the current code to work as it I think it was intended" in comment #48. Other people's contributions are welcome obviously, but mainly I just wanted to hear from the patcher (Joe) …
