https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=74049 is going to add code to AnimationBase to support blending NinePieceImages, with the caveat that they must have the same size, slices, etc.

We should support transitioning NinePieceImages in *any* case, once someone decides how that should work.
