           Summary: <li value="0"> behaves like <li> (the same for
                    negative numbers)
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Layout and Rendering
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: acucu at adobe.com

Render an element like this:

<ol>
  <li value= "0" />
</ol>

or

<ol>
  <li value= "-1" />
</ol>

Both will display 1.  like:

<ol>
  <li/>
</ol>

We should see the marker display 0. or -1. instead.
