fast/repaint/japanese-rl-selection-repaint-in-regions.html tries to select some vertical japanese text.  On Chromium Win and Chromium Linux, the selection appears to be incorrect.

Mac seems the same except for a slightly larger repaint area and different color overlay.  I'll rebase on mac.
