1. Open the Web Inspector
2. Switch to the Network tab
3. Navigate to http://bugs.webkit.org
4. Click on the http://bugs.webkit.org network log item
5. Switch to cookies view
6. Move the sidebar delimiter
7. Try to resize cookies table columns -- now you can't.
