Reduced page for the mentioned bug

Steps to reproduce:
1. Load the attached page

Expected Result - Page should load completely in the browser

Actual Result -
Page loaded fine in Mozilla (Firefox for Ubuntu 3.6.18) and Chrome but did not on Mini Browser and QtTestBrowser in the nightly build.

Observation: 
The page keeps reloading continuously in the browser.
