Patch

Updated the floats test to also create some empty nested divs. It seems that the lazy init optimization makes a big difference. Thanks for the tip.

Also addressed the other comments.

Regarding "You could move setIsPlaced inside addPlacedObject" comment. I think it's ok to move it, even if I changed to lazy init now.
