The following layout test is failing on win, linux, and mac

fast/xsl/import-after-comment.xml
fast/xsl/xslt-nested-stylesheets.xml
fast/xsl/xslt-second-level-import.xml

Probable cause:

I don't understand what is happening... They suddenly started complaining they don't have expectations. I'll suppress these failures for now.
