As for being a duplicate of 64802, I strongly disagree. 64802 is now marked as fixed. The problem I have described still occurs as of Tuesday, August 2, 2011, 9:32AM MDT. (I have updated Webkit to the latest nightly, r92173: if this is not the release in which the fix is installed, please so comment!)

In summary, the problem still is, Webkit unsolicited and immediate reload on cursor hover. The hover location is Gmail item select *radio button* in any folder screen. (Gmail item being, any individual email's item selection button.) This occurs in Webkit and not in Safari 5.1, both on MacOSX 10.6.8.
