See comment from Enrica in <https://bugs.webkit.org/attachment.cgi?id=90239&action=review>. It's displayed at the second instance of EditorState.h in the file, while it was made for the first instance. It looks clearly wrong being misplaced.

Perhaps the tool should not allow adding comments to those moved file diffs, or even display those in a smarter way.
