I first noticed this in r83408.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Navigate to data:text/html,<textarea> in WK2.
2. Type in some text and select it.
3. Select another window (any other Window, e.g. Caculator).
4. Note that selection disappears from the text in the textarea.

EXPECTED:

The text should still be selected (using the non-focused selection colors).
