webkit-patch should have a download-attachments command

I'm converting old requests from:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WP4rmA1acs1z93BrErnlxRwlNrl6HJhQlvSZ2PH5Pcc
into bugs.

Adam tells me that Darin requested this one: the ability to point webkit-patch at a bug and have it download the attachments into his WebKit checkout with meaningful names (so he can easily svn-apply/unapply them).

This should be very simple to do. If it would make Darin's workflow better, definitely seems worth doing.

Darin, do you have any suggested naming scheme?

I was thinking maybe:
bug-$NUMBER-$ATTACHMENT_DESCRIPTION.patch?
