As suggested by pfeldman, the following fixes should be made:

>> CSS.addRule
>> "contextNodeId"

rename to "nodeId"

>> CSS.getAllStyleSheets
>> "styleSheetInfos": <array of CSSStyleSheetHeader>

rename to "headers"?
