This is a good idea. Scraping the trac page looks like it'd be relatively straightforward with some querySelector foo. It would be super-slow since annotate in trac is super slow.

We'd have to set the right cors header for trac. Unless there's a way to get blame data from svn.webkit.org (which is much faster and already has the right cors headers).
