steps to reproduce :

- go to http://www.nonoche.com/webtv/index.html
- click on one of the icons, wait for the live video stream to start
- scale the window to a large size for better effect/irony
- click on the full screen button of the video player

video is displayed at 1x and not stretched at the maximum possible size (see attached screenshot)
