Steps to reproduce :
- go to http://www.nonoche.com/webtv/index.html
- roll the mouse cursor over the icons panel, then move it out

The page layout gets messed up : the panel pops back to the left into the view right after being moved out of it, and there is an offset at the bottom (probably room for a scrollbar)

further :
- move back the mouse cursor over to the right icons panel

the panel moves back into the view, but too far, then pops back to its proper place. The bottom offset disappears

further :
- using an input device that can scroll horizontally (Mighty Mouse, Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad, MacBook Trackpad), scroll the page slightly to the right (this isn't even possible with the current stable release of Safari), then back all the way to the left. As soon as you start the first scroll, the icon panel is properly moved out of the view. Bottom scroller disappears when you roll over the panel area to make it move into the view.

further :
- click on an icon, an wait for the live video stream to start
- click on the full screen icon of the video, and exit full screen

the icon panel is not offset anymore, bottom scrollbar is showing.
