incorrect layout on chrome

Steps to reproduce:

1) Go to http://www.mass.gov/rmv/dmanual/index.htm

Expected result: Proper layout of all the list items & image in the table node
Actual result: list items are rendered on top of image item 

Issue is tested on Safari, chrome & nightly build with gtk-port and its reproducible on all the builds.

Its absolutely working fine in opera, firefox & IE.
