I'm going to try and reproduce this on the commit-queue, but I think we're just going to need to skip this test for Leopard.

I suspect we're missing a style update? or the image isn't delaying the load event, or something.  I'm just not sure how this regressed/got flaky yesterday.  I don't see an obvious culprit.
