>From the nightly builds WebKit-r67080 you can reproduce this broken (semi) scrolling by doing the following:

1. Visit any webpage, http://www.google.ca/search?q=chromium
2. Press "END"
3. Press Arrow Up, or Page Up

What is the expected output?
- The page will scroll up.

What do you see instead?
- Does nothing, no scrolling event occurs.
