platform/win/plugins/npn-invalidate-rect-invalidates-window.html is timing out on the Windows XP bots. Presumably this is because the plugin's HWND is never getting a WM_PAINT event because the window is never shown on a screen.

This bug does not affect the Windows 7 bots (at least, not when they have a monitor plugged in at the time they boot/log in), though I suspect it would if we were to turn off Aero on those machines.
