It appears that the following failures:

compositing/geometry/limit-layer-bounds-positioned.html
compositing/layer-creation/overflow-scroll-overlap.html
compositing/layer-creation/scroll-partial-update.html

were caused by flakiness in the new-run-webkit-tests harness when multiple child processes were in use. Specifying --child-processes=1 makes these failures go away. compositing/geometry/limit-layer-bounds-clipping-ancestor.html is now the only test affected by this bug.
