Reduction

This bug is focused around the jquery carousel.

Any of the following will cause the error to no longer occur:  
Removing enough carousel elements.
Removing all the content within each carousel element.
Using 1st carousel element duplicated multiple times.
Removing any of the CSS includes.
Browser has cached the request.
