I don't know the test, but it fails because this code:

"<html><head>"
"<meta http-equiv=\"refresh\"content=\"0;URL=qrc:///resources/index.html\">"
"</head><body><h1>Page redirects immediately...</h1>"
"</body></html>"

doesn't redirect anymore, so yes it could be security related.
