When trying to merge the webkit r 71558 to android, we found that the some generated .h file is containing declaration wrongly. 
When the SVGStaticListPropertyTearOff is expected, SVGListPropertyTearOff is generated. 
This is caused by the CodeGeneratorV8.pm.
