Summary: Web Inspector: [refacotring] do not use absolute
                    positioning for tabbed panes
           Product: WebKit

          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: ASSIGNED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Web Inspector
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: caseq at chromium.org
CC: timothy at apple.com, rik at webkit.org, keishi at webkit.org,
pmuellr at yahoo.com, joepeck at webkit.org,

Tabbed panes currently use absolute positioning to put them right under the header with tabs. This is inconvenient from maintenance prospective and requires additional CSS rules. Ideally, the contents of a tabbed pane should not depend on whether it is displayed within a tab or outside of it.
