Run the html file under bin

IMPORTANT: THIS HAPPENS ON MAC OS X 10.6.X WHEN USING SCROLLING UPWARDS 

Steps to reproduce: 

1. Run the example 
2. Use the apple magic mouse or track pad 
3. Try to scroll up very slowly

 Actual Results: 

 the scrolling jumps back down a few lines, very annoying 

 Expected Results: 

 the scrolling should not jump 


I have also filed this bug with adobe as well, but I strongly believe this is a Safari Issue.
