STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Load any page which has dropdown list (e.g. www.news.google.com)
2. Scroll down the page till the end to view the dropdown list under Select Edition.
3. Select the dropdown list, list of options will be displayed.
4. Try to scroll it.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Scroll bar is not seen. In Landscape mode, scroll bar is visible. It is not possible to scroll the list

Other info:
N/A in Anomaly browser.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
There should be a vertical scroll bar to view the complete list.
