Seems the best solution would be to write a similar function to coreVideoHas7228836Fix in WebView.mm.  Except one which detects if the system has 7969612 (or whatever the final radar number ends up being for this seeming NVIDIA driver issue).

Any suggestions from folks how I might detect which systems would not be affected by this?  (Since clearly some Leopard installs are not hitting this).
