Failed often enough to cause a false rejection (means it failed once, passed once, and then failed again in a row).

@simon/eric:  It is possible for me to down-grade quicktime?   Any theories as to what could be hanging?  I don't have any samples from the hangs.  Should we skip these 2 tests on Leopard?
