How is there any debate over whether this is a privacy issue?

/Users/username/Documents/MySecretProject/Documents/PublicFile.txt

If I drag that file to the browser I do not want the fact that MySecretProject exists to be exposed to web pages.  Exposing it is clearly a privacy issue.
