It is really text alignment. This is intended to be an alignment flag, not a
directionality flag. In the client end I'm using it to signal to the system
alignment (NSRightTextAlignment, as seen in
http://codereview.chromium.org/1992006 ). Yes, it's determined from
directionality, but that's not what it is.
