It seems that currently the (growing list) of JIT enabled platforms are listed
twice in Platform.h. This is error-prone (for example r58939) and hard to read.
It make sense to turn on YARR and YARR JIT by default of JIT is turned on -
individual ports can overrule this default decisions as they wish.
