next draft patch

This patch is still a draft!

The good news is that the light tests
(http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/20061213/htmlObjectHarness/full-index.html)
are quite nice. I will post some screenshot soon. Well, even better than
Firefox, so I am quite happy with the results.
