And, when the current target is not in the "at the same window" as the original
focused text selection
for example,
1. select some text on a web page, and then use the mouse to selection the
address bar textfield
2. inside the page there's an <iframe>, and inside the iframe, there's a
<textarea>, select some text on the web page outside the <iframe>, then select
text within the <textarea> inside the <iframe>

I'm not really sure if we could come up with an exhaustive list that
generalizes the selection/focus behaviors across browser and platform.
