In case it's not clear from the description, I would like to add that this is a
really bad bug that seriously affects the usability of the UW message boards in
WebKit. In many UW classes, participating in message board discussions is a
graded part of the course, so there is a high volume of activity, and quoting
is a very commonly-used feature.
