I have a need for the EXSLT strings:tokenize() function, I've patched
XSLTExtensions.cpp for my own purposes, but I'd like to see it in WebKit. 
Since XSLT 2.0 is nowhere in sight, EXSLT is the only hope!  I don't think it
makes sense to add functions piecemeal; after nearly 5 years is there still
anything preventing libexslt being included in the build and exsltRegisterAll()
being called from registerXSLTExtensions() in XSLTExtensions.cpp?
