Open this in your browser

Open the attached file in Safari, Chrome, Firefox: basically no time.
Open the attached file in the Qt Demo browser (Qt Webkit): in the range of 20
seconds.

This is not a Windows 7 64bit special thing. It's the same on other Windows
versions and on the Mac, at the very least, and I've heard complains from Linux
users too.
