Summary: consider implementing bounding-box properties on the
                    Range object
           Product: WebKit
           Version: 528+ (Nightly build)
          Platform: Macintosh Intel
        OS/Version: Mac OS X 10.5
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HTML Editing
        AssignedTo: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
        ReportedBy: jaap.lous at informaat.nl

IE's "TextRange" object contains height, width, top, left and offset
properties.
These are very useful when building overlays for custom editors.

see: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms535872(VS.85).aspx

Have these ever been considered for Webkit?
