Joe,

Can you try the following:

1) Quit Safari and/or any WebKit nightly that you currently have open.
2) Move the Safari and WebKit preference files (com.apple.Safari.plist, and
org.webkit.nightly.WebKit.plist) from your ~/Library/Preferences to some other
folder, say the Desktop.
3) Open Safari/WebKit Nightly.
4) Visit a web site with flash that failed for you.

Note, Safari and the WebKit nighties will re-generate these files.

If this resolves the issue, can you please post your preference files to the
bug?

Otherwise, to restore your old preference files, quit Safari and/or WebKit
nightly and move those files back into ~/Library/Preferences (replacing any
existing files). Then open Safari and/or WebKit nightly.
