I don't think this is the right API and I would like to roll out this patch.

Properties in QWebSettings should be useful for anyone using QWebPage, QWebView
and QGraphicsWebView, QtWebKit in general.

This property is highly specific to the web inspector and therefore belongs
into QWebInspector I think. The documentation should make it clear what it is
useful for.

Jamey, can you explain exactly what you're doing and when you set this
property? What features do you need of the inspector itself when you run it on
the desktop?
